Standard Delivery items may be delivered up to 8pm during busy periods, excluding Saturdays - Sundays and public holidays

** Please note that if you are placing your order on Saturday, you must order before 6pm to qualify for next day delivery.

If no one is available to accept delivery our couriers will place a card through your door to let you know that they have been, and which course of action they have taken. Actions include:

• Attempt re-delivery; delivery will be attempted 3 times

• Leaving your order with a neighbour

• Leaving your order somewhere safe on your property

• Returning your order to the Post Office
